Low Season
January – February 14

With the exception of the following: 
* September (American Labour Day Holiday weekend)
* November 20 – 30 (Thanksgiving)

$175.00 per night $1,050.00 for six nights (7th one free)
Minimum 3 (three) Night Stay Required

High Season
February 15 – August 15
December 15 – December 31
September (American Labour Day Weekend)
November 20 – 30 (Thanksgiving)

$200.00 per night $1,200.00 for six nights (7th one free)
Minimum 3 (three) Night Stay Required

SECURITY DEPOSIT – Refundable $500 due 7 days before arrival on credit card.

Extras
Rates are for 1-4 people occupancy. 
$25 additional charge for extra persons (5/6) per night.
Portable Crib @ $10 p/night

Terms & Conditions

Deposit:
50% Deposit is required at time of booking.
50% Due fifteen (15) days prior to arrival.

As this is our ‘home away from home’, please be respectful of a few requirements:
* Maximum capacity 4 adults and 2 young children
* No pets
* Smoking permitted outside on patio ONLY
* Children welcome 
* Beach towels provided
* Clothes/towels not permitted to be hung outside

Cancellations And Refunds:
100% Refund for thirty (30) days or more prior to arrival.
50% Refund for fifteen (15) through twenty-nine (29) days prior to arrival.
0% Refund after fifteen (15) days prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT - If guests are found in violation of restrictions, they will be removed from the premises immediately and NO REFUND will be issued.
